Getting Your Order to You

We know how exciting it is when you’ve ordered something special for your little one, and how important it is that it arrives safely and on time. That’s why all our parcels are sent with Australia Post (AusPost) Parcel Post, with full tracking included for peace of mind.

Shipping Options & Rates

🚚 Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders $79 and over

  • $14.95 flat rate for orders under $79

⚡ Express Shipping (for those “need it ASAP” moments)

  • $19.99 flat rate for orders under $79

  • $9.99 upgrade on orders $79 and over

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days

  • We ship Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Parcel Post

  • 3-6 business days for most metro areas

  • A little longer for regional or remote locations

Express Post

  • 1–3 business days for most metro areas

We do our best to get your order out quickly, but once it’s with Australia Post, delivery times are in their hands.

Tracking Your Parcel

Every order includes tracking, so you’ll always know where your parcel is — whether you’re waiting on a birthday gift, a new favourite toy, or a little surprise for your child.
